This site is inquiry-only. Submitting the commission form starts a conversation, it is not a purchase. Pricing, payment, and final design details are confirmed directly between you and Svetlana before any hat is made. Payment itself is handled directly with Svetlana, not through this website.
Each hat is one-of-a-kind and made specifically for you once a commission is confirmed. Because of this, we're not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse.
Turnaround time varies by hat and current order volume, and will be confirmed with you directly. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
If your hat arrives damaged or not as described, email hello@svetlanasaitsky.com and we'll make it right.
